Toxic rockstars are the individuals within your workplace that have a high success rate but also actively put others down.
Unfortunately, bullying doesn’t stop on the playground and can creep its way into the workplace. These individuals will be kept around because they look excellent on paper, but in reality are doing more damage than good. They will create a toxic work environment for those that don’t fit in with their agenda and scare away awesome talent.

Don’t be afraid to stand up to these individuals or speak to management/HR about your experience. A healthy workplace will recognize your concerns and take them into action.
A healthy workplace is not always given and will at times have to be earned through a bit of hard work. You must remove the weeds to see your lawn flourish.
